CINDY KOEBELE (formerly Bircher)   - Executive Closer / President

Cindy Bircher is the President and Owner of TitleSmart, Inc.  Prior to opening TitleSmart, Inc. Cindy worked for over 5 years as the Vice President and Director of Title Operations for another local title company where her duties were to oversee and manage the day to day operations of the company which included 8 branch offices.   Cindy also worked for another large metro area title company for 7 years prior to that and a few other title companies dating back to 1985.   Cindy has also spent some time in the commercial loan department of a local bank, was employed as a paralegal, and also even originated residential home loans as a loan officer with a prominent local mortgage firm.

Cindy is a highly motivated professional, successfully closing 100’s of transactions per year along with managing the staff of TitleSmart, Inc and performing and overseeing the administrative functions and day to day operat ions of the company as well.

Cindy has closed hundreds of short sale transactions in the past 3 years and has been giving classes on the subject in various real estate offices and for attorney CLE sessions.
