"Fellow Agents: I just wanted to pass something along to all of you. On Saturday I got a call from one of our sellers that she needed a quit claim deed drafted immediately as her mother was in coma and needed the quit claim deed right away. At first I thought it was going to be close to impossible to get this done, but I called Nicole and she answered her phone on a Saturday afternoon and did not think twice about drafting the quit claim deed. I told Nicole that the mother was in the hospital and Nicole offered to go to the hospital to have the quit claim deed signed. It is so nice to know that we have someone like Nicole that is willing to go the extra mile, I know if we would have called any other title company we would have not gotten a response until Tuesday, if lucky maybe Monday. Nicole has always done a great job for our office she has her whole heart in what she does and actually cares about the file. I can honestly say I have never had a problem with any file she has closed for me and I think everyone else can say the same thing. I'm sure if we went to the other agents they would not be able to say the same thing about their closers.
